Roads Taken is a turn-based tactics game set in a world of countries at war. Battles play out on square fields, where weapon matchups, terrain, and the order of your moves determine the result. You lead a company of fighters, choose how its members develop, and make decisions that shape each story.

Most adventures are generated from a seed when you begin. The seed creates the countries, rulers, war, recruits, and battlefields, so a new seed produces a different world and company. Each generated battle is tested before it appears, so every chapter has a way to win.
