Central to Riftswarm's mechanics is the weapon customization system. Each weapon features a row of slots that change the form and behavior of projectiles by engraving various runes. Players can craft combinations on the fly, adapting their strategy mid-fight. Placing a multicast rune allows you to combine spells into a single devastating attack, while triggers introduce payloads that detonate on impact or timers.
