Raku

A single-player Kyoto adventure

Raku is a single-player pixel-art adventure for PC set in Kyoto, where you meet local people and encounter mysteries from Japanese folklore. You walk through the city as its seasons change, talking with residents and following their stories through small favors, discoveries and puzzles.

Kyoto through the seasons

Paths beneath torii gates lead through temple gardens and neighborhood lanes. You can pause by a lotus pond in the rain or watch snow settle around the Golden Pavilion. Along the way, you offer prayers, collect pilgrimage stamps, draw fortunes and repair treasured objects.
