Over five years of gameplay, navigating through administrative and strategic phases, your choices will shape your nation's fate.

Balance Strategy and Administration

The gameplay unfolds across two distinct phases each year: the Admin Phase and the Strategy Phase. During the Strategy Phase, focus on expanding your nation by acquiring Character Cards and Facilities, utilizing Commerce, Industry, and Culture Points. This preparatory stage requires careful thought. Players must effectively craft a deck by combining these cards to build a strategy that adapts to changing circumstances.
