As you progress, the realities of office life and the importance of employee satisfaction become evident, leading to unexpected hurdles.

Expand Your Office: The Key to Team Morale

Starting out in a cramped workspace might seem manageable, but success demands more than hard work. As your team expands, so do their needs. Create a thriving office environment by unlocking new rooms and facilities, from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy relaxation areas. If your employees lack basic comforts, you risk their morale hitting rock bottom. In this game, keeping the coffee machine functional could be just as critical as avoiding critical bugs in your code.
