Falling blocks and runes

Project Babel is a PC falling-block roguelike set around a board where workers, the sick, and the bereaved come to a confessional asking for bread, medicine, and peace. You clear lines while typing words to activate runes, balancing quick piece placement with decisions about resources and your build.

You can chase T-Spins, all clears, and combos, or use a rune to change the board at a key moment. Fire, purification, piercing, and shields provide different effects, while risky runes can make the next decision harder. The game’s Codex gives you tools and upgrades to expand your options in future runs.
