Project Airline is a PC airline management game about building a carrier from one aircraft into a global network. You buy planes, base them at hubs, connect real airports with routes and schedule each aircraft’s rotations across the week. Route demand comes from real traffic between each origin and destination, so a busy airport alone doesn’t guarantee a profitable flight.

Costs and route planning

Each flight’s finances include fuel bought on a spot market, crew, maintenance, catering, handling, landing fees and carbon costs. Aircraft sitting on the ground also cost money to own. You set seat prices and cabin layouts, then watch departures settle into the books and decide how to spend the profit on more aircraft, hubs or better cabins.
