Build Your Own Correctional Facility in Prison Tycoon: Under New Management

In Prison Tycoon: Under New Management for Xbox One, players take on the role of a prison architect. This isn't just about erecting walls; it's about shaping lives. Design every aspect of your facility, from the layout of buildings to individual rooms, while efficiently managing crucial resources like power and water. Your decisions will directly impact not just the structure of the prison but the rehabilitation of its inmates.

Focus on Rehabilitation and Innovative Therapies

At the heart of this management simulation lies the philosophy of rehabilitation over punishment. Your task goes beyond mere oversight; you must implement diverse therapies to help inmates reintegrate into society. From zero-gravity rooms to hologram therapy, each innovative option serves a purpose. Even dance therapy can be a part of addressing their issues. The game's ethos remains clear: it’s all about redemption, encouraging players to focus on helping rather than just housing.
