powerless

A robot searching for power

powerless is a PC adventure with RPG elements and multi-genre gameplay. You play a robot that wakes in an unfamiliar world with a nearly depleted battery and no memory. To stay powered, you explore, solve puzzles and face challenges, including dynamic combat.

The world and story

Searching for energy leads you to traces of forgotten civilizations and clues about the past. The story asks what you are and why you were created, with themes of consciousness and free will. Its narrative is direct rather than built around cryptic hints. The game also has a visual style of its own, and includes a small number of hidden secrets and collectibles.
