Fuel price competition

Petrol Empire is a PC idle tycoon about the fuel trade. You run a gas station, set the price per litre and watch how customers respond compared with nearby competitors. Set it too high and revenue drops; set it too low and you sell more fuel for less profit. Euro 95, diesel, Euro 98 and fast charging each have their own customers and margins, while purchase prices move with the world market.

Seventy markets

The game has 70 regions, from New York and the North Sea to Mongolia and Madagascar. Their layouts include coastlines, rivers, bays, deltas, islands and inland areas. Each region has local competitors and one of three market types: oil country, where fuel is cheaper to buy; industrial regions, where freight runs on contracts and customers care less about price; or retail markets, where more nearby choices make customers react sharply to price changes.
