Unearthing Identity in Parquet

In Parquet, a compelling visual novel developed by Yuzusoft Sour, players navigate a thought-provoking narrative set in a near-future world where technology has blurred the lines between memory and identity. The innovative Brain-Machine Interface allows connection between humans and machines, setting the stage for an unsettling exploration of self. At the center of the story is a being created from the amalgamation of countless minds, sparking a quest for his true identity.

The Quest for Self-Discovery

The protagonist, a unique creation known only as "he," grapples with the profound questions of existence. Born from illegal experiments and internet whispers, "he" possesses only borrowed memories, causing an internal struggle to determine who he really is. Each choice shapes his journey, as he interacts with the outside world and the people he encounters, ultimately leading to transformative experiences that redefine his understanding of self.
