In OVERSIGHT: Anomaly, players assume the role of Alex Han, the security control officer aboard the deep-space exploration vessel Gaia-7. As the year 2100 looms near, the ship unexpectedly becomes engulfed by a mysterious pink quantum nebula, severing contact with Earth. Main power goes offline, leaving Alex to monitor the CCTV feeds from the ship's various sectors. Each frame holds the key to spotting anomalies, but the consequences of missing something crucial could be catastrophic.

Tension Builds with CCTV Anomaly Detection

The core gameplay revolves around CCTV-based anomaly detection. Players must carefully analyze surveillance feeds to identify changes from the ship's original state. Objects may appear, disappear, or shift unexpectedly within the ship’s confined spaces. Each incorrect report carries significant risk, raising the stakes as time runs out, and the situation on Gaia-7 deteriorates. All the while, tension mounts as crew members grow uneasy and distrust begins to fester.
