Scripted missile defense

Overhead is a PC defense strategy game where you write code to control turrets against incoming missiles and other threats. You decide what each weapon targets, when it fires or reloads, and when sensors or weapons go dark. Then you run the scenario and watch the defense play out. If a bomber gets ignored or an ICBM slips through, you can inspect the replay and change the script.

The game includes a working script to modify, so you can start by changing a line rather than writing a defense system from scratch. An AI can also write code for you, but when its script fails, you’ll need to examine the code and replay to work out why.
