NightClub Manager Simulator

Game overview

NightClub Manager Simulator is a decision-driven management simulator where you build and manage a nightclub. As the highest authority in the club, you make all the important decisions that shape its future. The game involves engaging with various characters who present their requests, complaints, and problems, requiring you to approve or reject them.

Core management mechanics

Your management choices impact four core stats: Security, Money, Reputation, and Staff Satisfaction. You must balance these elements while addressing the different demands of the nightclub's operations. The decisions you make might improve one aspect of the business but can potentially create issues in another area.
