Neuroma is a fast-paced vertical shoot ’em up for PC. You control a combat ship piloted by a living brain, battling grotesque alien creatures as you move through biomechanical worlds.

Combat and bosses

The focus is arcade action against alien enemies and massive bosses. The game’s setting combines organic imagery with machinery: its worlds are biomechanical, and its pilot is a living brain controlling the ship.
