My Exercise

An Uncommon Approach to Fitness in My Exercise

My Exercise is an unconventional take on the casual game genre that interlaces physical activity with imaginative gameplay. Players join a chubby boy on his journey to fitness, making the experience as rewarding as it is playful. As he embarks on his sit-up routine, a rather surprising transformation begins, causing him to take on the form of a dog. This whimsical twist blends imaginative storytelling with a unique theme around personal struggles and encouragement.

The Playable Journey of Transformation

The game revolves around a light-hearted narrative where animals may cheer on the protagonist, creating a comforting atmosphere in which players can engage with their own wellness goals. The creator, award-winning animation filmmaker Atsushi Wada, collaborates with independent developer Ryoya Usuha and the Playables team to deliver a title that embraces the playful side of exercise. As players guide their character through various mini-games, the whimsical essence of My Exercise shines.
