MOBA Manager 2026 is a PC esports management simulator. You run a club rather than control a hero, assembling a five-position squad with substitutes and making decisions before and during matches. You can choose your team in the middle of the 2026 season, with a career starting on July 1 so you can enter the run-up to major tournaments.
More than 297 players are available. Each has 17 attributes and one of five personality profiles, and you manage their condition through sharpness, morale, stress, and training. Staff cover five roles, with three tiers for each.
