Merchants Demise

Trading through the kingdom

Merchants Demise is a PC roguelike trading RPG about hauling cargo through a dangerous kingdom. You buy goods where prices are low, sell them where demand is higher, and plan routes around cargo space and the resources you’ll need for the road ahead. Markets and prices change, and trouble can interrupt a profitable run.

Each run starts with a Player Pack. There are more than 20 setups, with different supplies, gear, companions, strengths, and problems. You might begin with reliable stock, little to lose, or a plan built around chasing a big score. Those starting choices shape how you approach trade and risk.
