Mental Atlas

Drawing country borders

Mental Atlas is a minimalist cartography puzzle game for PC. You draw national borders from memory on a blank canvas, then see how closely your outline matches the map. The challenge is to recall the shape and position of places such as Italy, Japan, or Brazil without tracing their borders.

Scoring and maps

The game scores drawings using Intersection-over-Union, perimeter, and contour matching. Its maps cover countries, provinces, and territories, with multiple zoom levels and cartographic textures.
