A walking home

Magehold Wanderlight is a PC survival and base-building game about keeping a crew alive on a house that walks on mechanical legs. A black tide called the Blot is swallowing the land, and you can't stop it at first. Instead, you keep moving, gather supplies and build up your walker until you can turn back toward the storm.

Gathering and building

You can set the walker down to send your crew out for wood, fruit, fish, stone and crystal. When you ring the bell, they return to the house and you can move on. Those resources support gardens, workshops and new houses built on the deck, turning a small cottage into a travelling village. You can also upgrade the walker in towns, where it can grow to have six, eight or more legs.
