Look Again: The Anomaly Assessment is a single-player, first-person psychological horror game for PC. You’re applying to become a Field Observer for ORRIVEX, a secretive organization that investigates anomalous environments. To qualify, you must complete three assessments, each set in a different location.

Observe and report

Each assessment starts with a visit to a location in its normal state. On later visits, compare what you see and hear with what you remember. An object might be missing, a familiar detail might have changed, or a sound might come from an unexpected place. If you find no change, report that no anomaly was observed; otherwise, report the anomaly.
