Kharon's Crypt - Even Death May Die

Venture into Kharon's Crypt: A Dark Journey Awaits

In Kharon's Crypt - Even Death May Die, players step into the role of Kharon, a being resembling death itself, as he attempts to escape a treacherous crypt. This metroidvania dungeon crawler combines puzzles, riddles, and challenges within a world designed to conjure nostalgia with its retro Game Boy Color aesthetics. Set against a backdrop of darkness and deception, Kharon's quest involves reclaiming his freedom from a deranged king who has foolishly sought to evade death.

Possession is Key: Harnessing the Exanimates

One of the most captivating features is Kharon's ability to possess exanimates, the fallen enemies found throughout the dungeon. Each type of exanimate comes with its own set of unique properties, enabling players to explore various tactics. Flying as a bat allows for agile maneuvering, while utilizing a skeleton opens up paths that were previously locked. This mechanic encourages players to think strategically, as they experiment with different bodies to navigate challenges and defeat foes.
