Iwaihime

Unraveling the Curse in Iwaihime

Iwaihime beckons players into its eerie world, a supernatural horror visual novel available exclusively on PC for international audiences. Crafted by renowned writer Ryukishi07, known for his work on the acclaimed When They Cry series, the game intricately weaves themes of curses, sin, and penance through a tale that hooks from the start. With characters brought to life by manga artist Kazuharu Kina and a haunting environment designed by Mocha, the visual aesthetics promise to deepen the chilling narrative.

A Fresh Take on a Classic Narrative

This new release stands apart from its previous console iterations, as it includes scenario adjustments and improved CG. Here, players encounter the writer's preferred vision of the story, allowing a fresh perspective on the psychological undercurrents that define Iwaihime. The characters are flawed and complex, each carrying their own burdens of past traumas, which only intensifies the emotional stakes as players navigate their lives.
