Forge Relationships to Unlock Potential

Every castaway brings a unique set of skills and an unwillingness to partake in certain tasks. Some may excel at gathering resources, while others might refuse to prepare food. It is your responsibility to understand their interests and motives. By strategically assigning tasks based on their strengths, you can keep morale high and productivity flowing. Watch out, though; a mismatch may lead to mistakes or even accidents, adding a layer of unpredictability to your management efforts.
