Airi's Troublesome Shift in Hypno-Mart

In Hypno-Mart, a simulation game for PC, you step into the shoes of a beleaguered manager dealing with a nightmare employee. Airi Kurusu, your part-time night shift worker, embodies everything wrong with customer service: rudeness, laziness, and a blatant disrespect for her duties. With the shop always understaffed, you're faced with a dilemma: how to turn her attitude around or risk losing your sanity.

Navigating Employee Management Challenges

Your primary goal is to tackle Airi's poor attitude and improve her performance. As a manager, you have various tools at your disposal. The twist? You can explore unconventional methods to influence her behavior. This ranges from motivational approaches to the decidedly dubious realm of hypnotic suggestion. It’s an unusual tactic, but in desperate times, you must consider all options when dealing with disruptive employees.
