Hold The Levee is a water-management simulation for PC, with a campaign of 24 missions and modes for defending a village or flooding one. You shape the terrain and manage water: it flows downhill, fills hollows, presses against levees and seeps through embankments. Trenches redirect the river, while levees can leak and dams can break.

Campaign missions

The missions put those systems to work in different settings. You can use differences in water levels to run mills and turbines, prepare sandbags, levees and pumps for a flood wave, or manage a coastal storm and a cascade of dams. Other challenges include protecting a medieval city, keeping a railway embankment passable with culverts and a polder, and dealing with ice floes that pile up beneath a bridge during a thaw.
