Hitch Happens

Hitchhiking stories

Hitch Happens is a story-driven hitchhiking simulator for PC. You’re trying to get from town to town on foot, but the next stop is miles away, so you stick out your thumb and accept rides from strangers. Each car that pulls over brings a new driver and a story, and the trip can take you well off the highway.

Conversations and choices

You talk with drivers, ask questions, and choose how to respond as their stories unfold. Some want to chat or ask for a favor; others are vague about why they’ve left the highway. Your choices shape how you handle each stranger and how involved you get in their problems. A ride might turn into a party on a bus, a shady job offer, or an encounter with something you can’t explain.
