Descending into the Halls

Halls of Torment: Prelude is a roguelite action RPG for PC set in deadly underground Halls. Choose one of three heroes, fight waves of unholy horrors, and survive long enough to face one of the tormented Lords. The game uses pre-rendered art with a look reminiscent of late-1990s RPGs.

Runs take about 30 minutes. During each one, you build up your hero with traits, abilities, and items, shaping a different build as you go. The Prelude has two stages with dynamic progression, and its bosses have their own mechanics and attack patterns.
