Understanding Anxiety Through GUIDE

In GUIDE, a 2D puzzle platformer designed for PC, players join Fia, a baby phoenix chick, on a heartfelt journey through a dark forest. After a storm knocks her from her nest, Fia must navigate her fears, presenting a meaningful narrative around anxiety. Through this gameplay, the game encourages reflection on emotional challenges, making it a compelling choice for children and young adults seeking to understand their own feelings.

Navigating the Environments

As players help Fia progress, they encounter five specially crafted environments. Each setting is beautifully designed, filled with challenges that require quick thinking and strategic planning. Players must use Fia's abilities to glide, burn obstacles, and jump across platforms, fighting off shadowy enemies. Each successful encounter helps build skills, allowing players to learn and develop positive coping strategies for anxiety.
