Groundwork

Game premise and objectives

Groundwork is a simulation game for PC where you control a robot preparing an uncharted planet for future human inhabitants. Your main tasks include charting the world, salvaging materials from previous landings, and building machines to create power.

Interactions with derelict robots

As you explore the planet, you can wake up derelict robots scattered in the wild. Each robot you revive becomes a neighbor, has its own voice, and can take on a specific job to assist in the preparations for human arrival.
