Geometry Raid: A Different Spin on Space Combat

Geometry Raid sets itself apart as a rogue-lite, space slash shooter that seamlessly fuses mechanics from classic shooting and melee combat games. Players pilot a unique two-part ship that allows for both ranged attacks and melee slashing, inviting a dynamic combat experience. The blend of these genres creates an exhilarating pace as you shoot and slice your way through waves of enemies, making every encounter feel both fresh and challenging.

Physics-Driven Mechanics Enhance Combat Depth

At the core of Geometry Raid is its commitment to hardcore physics simulation. Powered by the Godot physics engine, player movements, enemy behavior, and projectiles are all subject to realistic physics. This means that dodging bullets and swinging your sword isn’t just a matter of timing; the game's mechanics emphasize the importance of spatial awareness and strategy, elevating gameplay beyond mere reflexes.
