Ice and finds

FROSTVAULT is a cozy first-person PC game about freeing objects from ice and building up a workshop. Blocks arrive on a conveyor belt, and each contains a find, from a cassette player or snow globe to a celebration cake. You secure a block on the warm bench, then chip, heat or cut through it to release the object. Working carefully near a find can earn it a Flawless gold star.

Tools and collecting

The pickaxe chips away at ice, a heat gun softens it, and a laser cutter later slices through slabs. Each tool handles blocks differently. Finds have price tags: sell them for credits or keep them in a collection of around 120 objects across 12 sets. Completing a set gives a lasting bonus, and rare aurora versions give you more to collect.
