Surviving Against All Odds

Central to the gameplay is the Hunger and Thirst System, which constantly depletes as time passes. Elizabeth will alert you when her needs arise, making resource management a crucial aspect of survival. Scavenging for food and water is essential, and players must carefully choose when to use these limited resources to maintain Elizabeth's health.
