Duped

A Cave of Clones in Duped

In Duped, players navigate a chilling, dark cave that demands sacrifice and tough choices. This 2D action/puzzle platformer isn’t just about escaping; it’s an exploration of loneliness, isolation, and the struggle with identity. As you control a square protagonist, each decision will weigh heavily on your journey to freedom, challenging your moral compass along the way.

The Mechanics of Sacrifice

At its core, Duped hinges on the creation and management of clones. Players generate duplicates to assist in overcoming obstacles scattered throughout the game’s levels. Each clone serves a purpose, but their utility comes with a cost; crawling over their bodies to proceed is a constant reminder of their expendability. This mechanic adds a layer of strategy, where players must balance risk and reward thoughtfully.
