Dithered

A broken route to school

Dithered is a horror game about Penelope, a girl trapped in a toy-box world shaped by her trauma. You travel along a familiar route past picket fences and rusted bus stops, but the path to school has come apart: the sky bleeds pixels, neighbors appear as static, and the horizon breaks into a void.

The world uses low-poly shapes and a dithered, noisy look. Fog obscures things that click and scrape nearby, while Penelope’s companions insist that what she sees is only a bad dream. The setting shifts between recognizable places and a world that seems to be dissolving.
