At the heart of Danganronpa S is the Development (Boardgame) mechanic, where players will navigate through 50 days of summer camp. Rolling the die determines movement, and each space introduces a different event or challenge. Characters can improve their stats and level up by landing on Growth Squares or engaging with peers on Event Squares. Obstacles like Monokuma's boss encounters and monster battles keep players on their toes, making strategy essential for progress.
