Chad Billionaire is a PC business simulation about building a fortune, starting with a job and aiming for a net worth of $1 billion. You trade time for wages, then invest those earnings in assets and businesses. Your net worth sets your place on the ladder, and reaching a billion dollars wins the game.
The economy runs on a fast clock: one in-game day lasts 60 seconds in real time. Jobs are posted daily at 7am, real estate rents pay out at 11am, and stock prices and dividends update at 9am. You can turn on offline progression so parts of your empire keep earning while the game is closed.
