Blood & Ledger

A family in Port Aldrich

Blood & Ledger is a PC strategy game about one family in the fictional American port city of Port Aldrich, from 1920 to 2000. You play one person at a time. They grow old, make friends and enemies, have children and die; then you take over as their heir, carrying on with the money, name, debts and secrets they left behind.

Building influence

There are no set goals. You decide how to pursue influence: hold a neighborhood through fear, buy its shops, seek a seat on the city council or join the police. Crime, business, politics and law enforcement follow the same rules, and can intersect. A crime boss might own a laundry, pay off a detective and help a son get into city hall.
