Build and battle

Bastion Rivals is a competitive fantasy strategy game for PC, built around constructing an army and attacking an opposing stronghold. You play as a builder, invest in your economy, and place and upgrade structures that produce troops. Armies march and fight automatically, while you decide what to build, which unit types to combine, and when to use spells, items, or rescue abilities.

Battles run across two lanes. You reinforce them, counter the rival’s forces, and look for a chance to strike before your own stronghold falls. The game has four factions: the armored Iron Covenant, the fierce Redfang Clans, the sinister Hollow Court, and the living guardians of the Verdant Oath. Each has its own structures, units, and visual identity.
