Baseball Life - Career Sim is a PC life simulation about guiding one baseball player from age 18 through retirement. You create a batter, pitcher, or two-way player, then make career decisions rather than controlling baseball games. Catcher, infielder, and outfielder are also available positions.

At creation, you allocate talent points to shape the player. Two-way players have their own skills and stats tab. Growth slows as the player approaches their stat caps; players peak at 27 and begin to decline at 30, shifting the later career toward longevity and career records.
