Avenues & Acres is a top-down city builder for PC about growing a city from its first roads and homes into a network of neighborhoods, businesses and industry. You lay out roads, zone areas for housing, shops, offices and factories, and plan how residents, commuters and freight move between them.

Road construction includes curves, roundabouts, bridges, tunnels and highway interchanges. As the city grows, you connect residential streets to commercial districts and industrial areas, making room for construction and the traffic that follows.
