Game premise and mechanics

Automaton Kingdom is a 2D turn-based puzzle game set in a medieval environment. Players engage in two distinct phases: the edit phase and the game phase. During the edit phase, you set up allied and enemy characters, determining their positions and actions before the actual gameplay begins. In the game phase, the characters act automatically according to the configurations established earlier.

Character and action setup

In the edit phase, you'll choose how your characters will behave. This phase allows for strategic planning, as you can control the setup of allies and foes alike. Once the setup is complete, you proceed to the game phase, where the configurations take effect.
