Asteroids... But Roguelite

Venture into the Roguelite Cosmos with Asteroids... But Roguelite

In Asteroids... But Roguelite, players take on the challenge of navigating through a hazardous cosmos filled with escalating dangers and relentless foes. Starting with a fragile ship and a basic weapon, the objective is simple: defeat increasingly powerful enemies. With each victory, players earn currency allowing them to enhance their ship and tackle tougher challenges. The game cleverly mixes classic arcade mechanics with modern roguelite progressions, ensuring that each run can provide a fresh experience.

Combat and Upgrades: Strategy is Key

Combat is frantic and fast-paced, drawing upon the well-loved mechanics of the classic asteroids genre. Players must master their ship’s movement and weaponry while strategizing how to acquire upgrades. Ships begin with limited capabilities, but the money earned from defeating foes can be invested in various power-ups that enhance speed, firepower, and resilience. This upgrade system allows for varied gameplay, making each session distinct as players adapt their strategies to the items they unlock.
