Climbing the rift

ASCENT: MASKLINGS is a 3D action roguelite for PC about three masked fighters climbing a shifting rift. Each expedition has five rooms and ends with a confrontation against the Swarm Heart. Between rooms, you pick a route and a blessing to shape the run.

Fighters and combat

Lumi uses quick melee attacks and dashes, Bram holds the front with a shield, and Nox controls enemies at range with rune magic. You can play solo with the other two heroes as AI companions, or team up online with up to two friends. Expeditions include breaking seals, defending objectives and fighting specialist enemies. You’ll need to watch for warnings before boss attacks, and can revive fallen allies as the rift grows more dangerous. Story, Standard and Ascendant are the three difficulty options.
