ASCEND: The Forgotten Road

The Forgotten Road

ASCEND: The Forgotten Road is a third-person action roguelike for PC. You play as a Construct, an artificial warrior built around a Core that should not exist, and fight through three lost lands guarded by powerful foes. When you fall, you return to the Crossroads and rise again a little stronger.

Each land has seven stages, with a guardian at the end. Doors show their rewards before you choose where to go, and each run gives you chances to build a different set of abilities and relics. The lands are the overgrown ruins of the Abandoned Kingdom, the bone desert of the God-Corpse and the violet courts of the Hidden Civilization.
