Tower management

A Little Higher is a pixel-art tower management sim for PC. You start with a lobby and a few apartments on one city lot, then build upward and outward with rooms for offices, cafés, shops, restaurants, a hotel, a movie theater and more. You lay slabs, draw lobbies and elevator shafts, and place rooms on a cutaway view of the tower. Buy neighboring lots to widen the site and raise its height limit.

Tenants and services

Tenants follow their own daily routines, from leaving for work to lining up for lunch or checking into the hotel. They keep track of how their days go: slow elevators, noisy neighbors, high rents and overflowing garbage can make them unhappy enough to move out. The Stats window shows what’s bothering them and where. Keep tenants happy to earn stars, then use them to unlock rooms such as hotel suites, basements, executive offices and penthouses.
