911 Dispatcher: Unknown Caller

Game description

911 Dispatcher: Unknown Caller is a first-person psychological horror game where you take on the role of a 911 dispatcher. At the outset, your job involves responding to calls and deciding whether to send police units. The game begins with typical dispatch situations (suspicious individuals, fights, noise complaints, and domestic incidents) but it takes a turn when you receive an alarming call from an unknown number. A frightened girl pleads for help and provides an address linked to a case thought to be closed. As you investigate, an ordinary night shift escalates into a deeper, unsettling mystery.

Gameplay mechanics

You navigate the game by managing emergency calls, listening to the callers, and making critical decisions about deploying police units or closing calls. The choices you make evolve the story and impact how the investigation unfolds. The dialogues and scenes are atmospheric, designed to build tension as you engage with various incidents.
