In '83, players are thrust into a world on the brink of chaos, where the Cold War erupts into an intense confrontation between NATO and Warsaw Pact forces. This first-person tactical shooter captures the gritty essence of 1980s conflict with realistic firefights, strategic gameplay, and a nod to actual historical tensions. With large-scale battles featuring up to 80 players split across teams, every match is a chance to influence the outcome of this alternate reality.

Tactical Teamwork is Key

Every battle in '83 emphasizes objective-driven gameplay, requiring tight coordination between squad members. Matches span 30 to 40 minutes, where capturing key points and executing complex strategies can lead to victory. The requirement for teamwork ensures that players remain engaged and focused on overcoming the challenges presented, rather than simply pursuing kills. Communication is essential, especially when leading your squad through tactical maneuvers or calling in fire missions.
