Train Simulator: Himrrs Freight Wagon

Special Freight Experience in Train Simulator: Himrrs Freight Wagon

Train Simulator: Himrrs Freight Wagon introduces a highly specialized freight wagon designed for unique hauling requirements. Developed in the late 1990s, the Himrrs stands out with its two-part sliding wall structure, optimized for oversized yet lightweight automotive components. Its design caters specifically to the automotive industry, featuring large loading dimensions that exceed the G2 standard. This specialized nature restricts its usage to pre-approved routes, enriching the realism for transport simulation enthusiasts.

Real-World Inspired Design and Features

The Himrrs wagon was first constructed in Hungary by ADtranz and later became part of TRANSWAGGON GmbH's fleet. In Germany, these wagons are classified as private units, easily identified by the "P" following their running number. Most wagons maintain an unpainted aluminum appearance, while a few showcase a vibrant yellow paint scheme, adding to their distinctive look. This Train Simulator add-on captures all these details with high-resolution textures and a meticulously crafted 3D model.
