ABOUT THIS GAME

Relive the Era of the E18 Electric Locomotive

Train Simulator: E18 Loco Add-On transports players to West Germany in the vibrant 1970s. Operating the iconic E18 electric locomotive, gamers can haul passenger services while enjoying a slice of history. This historically accurate simulation captures the essence of a legendary transport era characterized by innovation and performance.

The Iconic E18 and Its Legacy

The E18 is famed for its design innovation, built between 1935 and 1939, and again for a short period in the mid-'50s. Weighing 108 tons and capable of reaching speeds up to 150 km/h, this electric locomotive was a notable advancement over its predecessors. Used primarily in West Germany after World War II, its legacy continues with some units still preserved and celebrated by train enthusiasts today.
